I have found some really good exercises to lose weight and maintain it, I have joined spinning class, which is great fun, I think I have toned on my legs, or may be I am exagerating but feel better. I would like to lose the extra skin, which the more weight I lose the more it becomes a problem.
How do you lose extra skin? I might go see my doctor about it and see what he says, just a bit worried about being laughed at, its not really a medical problem just don't like to see it.
I have been shopping for some new clothes which has been fun, but finding stuff I like that fits properly is really hard.
